At Beauty and Wellness LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality massage therapy services. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain the following policies regarding refunds and cancellations:
1. Service Refunds
All massage therapy sessions are non-refundable, all sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with your session, we encourage you to speak with your therapist or contact us directly so we can address your concerns.
2. Prepaid Packages & Gift Certificates
Prepaid Packages: May be refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of the sessions have been used. After this period, packages are non-refundable.
Gift Certificates: Are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase. They may not be redeemed for cash.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. There are no refunds, however we will be pleased to reschedule your services for your next preferred date and time. Reschedule appointments are always subject to therapist availability.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session, please contact your therapist for details.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent clients. The full service fee will still apply.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
